Clementine, Tomato Leaf, Mint, Basil
Smells like: Gathering herbs in the garden, plucking citrus fruit in the grove. Invigorating and zesty, your new favorite kitchen candle.
The story: Aurora means "dawn," a symbol of a new day, a fresh start, of metamorphosis.
Ever wonder why the pastel egg-laying Easter bunny is a thing? This limited spring fragrance tells the story of Ostara and the Hare from ancient Germanic folklore. Ostara, the Goddess of Dawn and Spring, befriends a sparrow dying in the snow. Rocked by sadness over his death, Ostara, transforms the sparrow into a hare named Lepus. As a thank you to Ostara, the hare lays colorful eggs to celebrate the spring equinox. The eggs serve as a reminder of rebirth and transformation from his original bird form.
Look up at the sky on a warm, clear night and maybe you’ll see Lepus the Hare’s constellation, or even the aurora borealis.

Burn baby, burn.
Candle Safety + Care
- The first burn is the most important! Allow your candle to burn until the wax melt pool reaches the edges of the jar to keep the wax from "tunneling."
- NEVER burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours. This will cause it to burn too hot and too fast.
- Trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn. Get yourself a good wick trimmer, or a pair of scissors will do. This will prevent the wick from "mushrooming" aka carbon buildup that may contribute to an uneven burn or a tall, smoky flame.
- Burn your candle on a heat resistant surface away from wagging tails, sticky toddler fingers, drafty windows, and flammable objects. Never leave a candle unattended.
- Once there's 1/4 in. of wax left, it's time for a new one! We recommend repurposing the jar for cotton swabs, homemade jam, or random coins.

Handcrafted, Natural Goods
Our wax is 100% natural USA grown soy which means there may be some imperfections such as frosting, sinkholes, uneven surfaces, and wet spots. This is all totally normal for soy wax and does not effect the candle's performance at all. In fact, it's an indicator that it is indeed pure soy!
Due to the nature of this handmade product, it is subject to flaws like off-center wicks, crooked labels. No two batches of candles are totally identical.
